Motivation, adaptation and selected psychological traits of polar station workers.

Dear Madam / Sir

We kindly ask you to participate in research on the role of motivation, adaptation and psychological traits helpful in working at the polar station. The study is conducted internationally; thanks to your commitment, it will be possible to compare polar explorers at polar stations in the Arctic and Antarctica.

We assure you that the survey is entirely anonymous, intended for adults, and participation in it is voluntary. The obtained results will be used for scientific purposes. You can opt-out of completing the survey at any time, but it is important for us that you answer all questions. There are no right or wrong answers in the survey; please complete the questionnaires on the following pages in line with what you think.
